Once you reach a specific selling threshold in an European country you are bound to register a VAT number and pay VAT in that specific country. Find out more on sales thresholds.
Our Software monitors your sales threshold in all European countries. You can therefore predict when you will reach the threshold in a specific country. The data is pulled from your Amazon account automatically in real-time and is refreshed every 4 hours.
Once you reach the threshold in a country you need to provide a sales invoice proving you reached the limit or are close to reach it. If you noticed only late that in a country you exceeded the threshold, you can always, legally, backdate your VAT number application.
In the case you need to apply for a new VAT number contact us. Find out how here "How to contact us".
