Our software imports data starting with 01.01.2017 by default. This means it will import transactions containing old, inactive products, but not the products themselves.
In order to have your old inactive products in the software as well, and also to link them with the corresponding transactions you have to follow a few steps. Do not worry, not having your old products in our system won't affect your VAT reports, as we already import your old transactions.
Go to your Amazon seller account and follow the steps below.:
1. Go to Inventory
2. In the Inventory menu go to Inventory Reports
3. In the Inventory Reports menu select All Listings Report
4. Request Report
The last step is to send the file to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request us to import the old inactive products and to link them with the corresponding transactions.
